Touch me, hold me, feel me, hug me.  '142' was inspired by absence and loss and made to try and fill a gap left when an important person moves a step away from your life.  It seeks to test how to control and perfect a simple form, with varying success.  Created with simple rules & materials, the objects highlight how small changes can cause imbalance and confusion.  It is a piece that has provoked discussion, tears, thoughts about the past, tomorrow, next year.  Tactile objects that when grouped in various ways, need to be held, nurtured and contemplated.
