The Absent Archive
An ongoing body of work inspired by some discarded letters and photographs from the 1940s, found by chance at the side of the road. It brings to life a story filled with love, infertility, loss and unshared memories, where research and creativity is used to fill in the gaps left by the materials, weaving together a narrative of facts with fiction.
